Drive the co-hesion between the different program teams and projects, prepare and support key stakeholder management, and tie off loose ends.

Providing DRONE programme with innovative, best fitting end-to-end process/IT solutions based on an expert understanding of both business processes and technology capabilities.
Leading cross organizational process/IT change programs from concept to successful end-to-end implementation, incl. stakeholder management on MT level and management of external service provider.
Acting as trusted advisor, cross organizational, on middle and senior management level in all matters of process/IT.
Managing, coaching and leading team of direct reports, less experienced colleagues (internal and external) and managing external partners on excellent solutions and delivery.

Personal Specification e.g. Technical skills, knowledge, experience required
Education in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related technical field. Masters Degree is a plus.
Solid (over 15 years) experience in ICT, of which 8 years relevant domain experience (Sales, Service, SCM, Finance, HR, etc.) managing large process / ICT programmes with an excellent track record.
Adept at creating and transforming business requirements into functional requirements and designing business models using UML diagrams.
Strong background in defining complex solutions for integrated enterprise software landscape with Oracle EBS, Siebel, Salesforce.com (SaaS), OBIEE, IBM WebSphere or other integration tools.
Extensive experience in either B2C and/or B2B customer experiences.
Excellent Project Management skills.
Exceptional problem solving and sound decision making capabilities, recognized by alternative solutions, and confident, accurate, decision-making coupled with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
