    Director, Respiratory Brand Lead for International Markets

    Your role

    In this role, you will have the opportunity to define and own the development of the International Markets Regional Digital Respiratory Strategy, with focus on both brand leadership, access and pricing strategies, drive the execution of regional tactical plans, support and guide countries to successfully implement local tactics. Responsibilities include (but not limited to):


    • Help define the International Markets Regional Digital Respiratory Strategy
    • Be a member of the global digital respiratory team and lead the regional digital respiratory team
    • Develop regional brand plans and support the annual country brand plan process
    • Lead selected regional congress activities, advisory boards, regional summits, and all brand related customer-facing activities for top branded generic and global specialty brands (in-line and pipeline) ensuring high impact and best-in-class implementation
    • Lead regional launch team and support the countries through pre-launch - Interact with HQ regional functions and countries to support prelaunch and launch of new products
    • Drive assessments for new product opportunities (i.e. market analysis, patient forecasts, pricing evaluation)
    • Liaise with country and regional teams by providing guidance and support across all functions to ensure TA/product strategy is fulfilled
    • Develop market understanding of the region and specific countries (data collection and analysis, market research, market dynamics and support of countries in conducting those processes)
    • Support all analytics, requirements and inputs/outputs related to the LRP/AOP process for the commercial department; be key liaison with regional/local finance teams

    Your profile

    • University degree in a relevant field; MBA is an advantage
    • At least 5 years of experience as a specialty brand manager, ideally in multinational companies with presence in highly competitive markets
    • Experience in access & pricing as well as digital health domain are both considered as an significant advantage
    • Experience in the respiratory field is an advantage
    • Ideally experience in International Markets region/countries (BRIC, APAC, LATAM)
    • Experience as sales & marketing manager or business unit director in multinational company
    • Experience in building marketing plans and implementation of marketing programs, brand building and differentiation
    • Ideally experience in global/regional positions or experience interacting with global/regional teams
    • Excellent command of English, along with strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to liaise and manage multiple geographies, functions and time zones

    Location

    Position is open to candidates across Europe. Place of work can be any Teva EU site.
