As the Director of Program Management, you will be responsible for managing large scale customer facing programs consisting of multiple projects and customers under a common program goal.
Your mission at Irdeto:
This role is responsible for managing the overall program governance model including defining roles and responsibilities and providing oversight; planning and administering both projects and the overall program; implementation of specific financial controls; implementing the program infrastructure in support of the program effort; and creating and managing the program plan taking into consideration the activities that take place at multiple levels and with different goals. As the Director, this role also includes the strategy and process development for the Program Management role.

Have acted as a change manager, possessing change management experience.
Have a minimum of 10 years technical management experience and enterprise software experience in a senior program management, product management, development, or professional services role, servicing large enterprises and partners with responsibility for implementation of new service offerings.
A university degree in engineering, computer science or equivalent technical degree with 10 years of relevant experience.
Proven success in delivering exceptional customer experience in a customer facing role.
Experience working for a software product company in a service capacity.

Responsible for running complex customer facing programs and projects.
Responsible for defining program requirements, planning the project life cycle deployment, scheduling project goals, milestones and deliverables.
Defining resources and schedule for project and program implementation.
Overseeing and directing cross-functional project teams and managing conflicts within the different groups.
Tracks the project schedule and budget and proactively takes corrective action where necessary to resolve issues and risks to ensure the project is delivered on schedule.
Exhibiting leadership qualities to define requirements for project risks and undertakes creating strategies for contingency planning and risk mitigation.
Possessing organization, presentation and strong customer interaction skills.
Designing and maintaining project documentation.
Facilitating and making trade off decisions between quality, costs, resources, scope and time to meet customer and business requirements working closely with cross-functional stakeholders.
Establish strong relations and work proactively with key stakeholders to define and execute the program.
Following and defining processes and policies.
Striving for process improvements in all aspects of business execution.
Providing the program status and maintaining the communication infrastructure.
Reviewing the status reports of team members across projects and addressing issues as being appropriate.
