    your challenge:

    Working closely with the Digital Performance Director, you will be responsible for driving Bugaboo forward through the management of the Affiliate channel, cross functional digital projects and campaigns.

    Looking at new growth revenues, putting together & implementing strategy plans globally. Supporting markets to deliver local strategies through global insights across programs to deliver excellent execution and exceed targets.

    Relishing responsibility with a highly analytical and proactive approach you’ll deliver exceptional channel performance against strategic business and commercial objectives across multiple markets.

    Key accountabilities:

    • Be a resident Affiliate expert (Publisher types, commission strategies, technical integration, lead gen, feed optimization etc); push for advanced strategic uses of all channel tactics and technology, optimizing to incremental ROI. With affiliate channel accounting for 50% of your time.
    • Deliver the affiliate strategy and roadmap, driving the channel through strategic planning. Pushing boundaries to exceed target KPIs, promoting a tenacious test and learn approach to identify opportunities for efficient growth.
    • Develop reporting frameworks to surface actionable insight across channels and campaigns for internal stakeholders, including gap analysis and attribution insights.
      Monthly deep dives with actionable insight provided to all markets with next steps for growth.
    • Project manage digital projects and campaigns which cross over multiple stakeholders from ideation to testing, to roll out, to handover. Projects and campaign management will account for the 40% of your time, with the remaining 10% on ad hoc tasks.

    • Align brand creative and copy with Brand guidelines and tone of voice, ensuring brand governance and consistency across assets.

    • Coach, develop and collaborate with 4 Marketing Leads across markets to execute localized affiliate strategies in-house. From set up, launches, training, on-boarding to program optimization.
    • Responsible for Agency relationship and management, setting up and leading QBRs with data. (Including contract negotiations and tender process where required)
