Greenlane is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to develop and execute the digital marketing strategy to drive revenue, traffic, and conversation rate on our B2C Websites such as Vaposhop & Azarius.

What is the purpose of this role?
The Digital Marketing Manager has the primary responsibility to develop and execute the digital marketing strategy to drive revenue, traffic, and conversation rate on our B2C Websites such as Vaposhop & Azarius.
The Digital Marketing Manager partners efficiently and trustful with internal departments; drives external agencies and 3rd party partners.
The role is responsible for managing the Digital Marketing budget and ensuring maximum profitability and growth in a highly competitive industry.
What will your primary duties be?
The main duties of this position includes, but are not limited to:
Develop and execute the digital marketing strategy for our Webshops Azarius & Vaposhop by studying economic indicators, tracking changes in supply and demand, identifying customers and their current and future needs, and monitoring the competition.
Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, affiliates, influencer and display advertising campaigns.
Plan and execute promotions, products launches and new brand/product content aligned with brand marketing that is driving conversation rate, sales and profit.
Design, build, and maintain our social media presence (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Youtube).
Contribute to marketing effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range issues that must be addressed.
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).
Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
Partner with a team of internal colleagues, external agencies and freelancers to that all plans and projects are completed on time.
Report project progress and KPIs to other stakeholders on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis – using Google Analytics and similar programs.
Manage the digital marketing budget.
Keep up to date with the latest technology and digital marketing.

What education & experience should you have:
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role
Agency background highly advantageous
Industry experience highly advantageous
Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing, Public Relations or Communications
Fully proficient in English, any other languages advantageous
