ABOUT THE JOB
We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Assistant within the EMEA Direct to Consumer organization headquartered in Houthavens in Amsterdam and working across all the EMEA websites. Reporting into the Senior Marketing Specialist EMEA, the role is responsible for optimising the performance across the Paid Social channels and executing the content production processes for our local digital content.
As a Digital Marketing Assistant you will work closely with the media agency to execute our paid social strategy, analysing channel performance to identify key levers and opportunities for improvements. On the other hand, you will work closely with various creative agencies to create digital content for our EMEA websites and digital marketing channels. Therefore, we are looking for a commercial digital marketeer; someone who is data driven and results orientated and takes a proactive approach in finding innovative ways to generate leads and revenue. And a content producer; a creative mind who loves to research on innovative and creative ideas for digital content creation, knows how to present their ideas and bring them to life.
Brief and assist the media agency in the implementation of the paid social strategy
Monitor and analyse channel performance to identify key levers and opportunities for improvement.
Support the Senior Marketing Specialist in all aspects of local content production for EMEA websites, email and paid social channels from brief to end product while working closely together with creative agencies and cross-functional teams (Regional Brand Marketing, Trading and Merchandising).
Manage global digital content, meaning, overseeing the created content and amend it to local needs.
Point of contact for media agency as well as Operations and CRM for content related requests and questions.
Working closely with the design team to brief and request campaign materials
Support in the development of marketing campaigns to boost traffic to the EMEA websites and increase revenue.
Assist in the project management of regional key projects.
Drive innovation and top industry best practices to the paid social channels.
Bring new and creative ideas to elevate the EMEA digital content and to increase performance.
2+ years of experience of working in digital marketing
Experience in working with media and creative agencies
Experience in project and content management
Excellent analytical skills, including proficiency in using web and data analytic tools (e.g. GA360)
Experience in working with Facebook Business Manager
Excellent presentation skills, ability to communicate your ideas and convince an audience using data and visual storytelling
Agile and proactive, ability to respond changing market conditions and consumer behaviour
Fluent in English, other European languages are an advantage
Clear understanding of, and passion for, sneaker/fashion/youth culture and sports and a natural brand guardian
