Your role as a Digital Marketing and Automation Specialist at Xsens
As a Digital Marketing and Automation Specialist at Xsens you will be responsible for creating and executing lifecycle marketing strategies, not just to influence our lead pipeline, but also to ensure a personalized and consistent experience for our customers. You will help identify and validate market segments, personas and customer journeys, while constantly experimenting, iterating and innovating to accelerate conversions through the funnels across all channels.
You will be part of the global marketing team and report to the Global Team Lead Marketing. You will work closely with Sales and Product Managers to make sure marketing campaigns are aligned with business, product and sales strategies. You will be based in Enschede, the Netherlands.
Develop and execute predictable and repeatable campaigns for identifying, nurturing, and converting prospects to opportunities via Marketing Automation tools
Measure, analyze, track performance, build reports, combining data from different sources – Hubspot, SalesForce, Social Media, GoogleAds, etc.
Clean, enrich, segment and manage the contact database
Inform and develop landing pages, CTAs and website forms
Manage campaign budgets and forecasts
Be involved in all marketing activities as a Hubspot Subject Matter Expert
Use knowledge gained through analysis to provide insight for marketing strategy and tactics

3+ years of developing and executing full-funnel marketing strategies and demand generation programs for B2B mid-size businesses with the long-term buying cycle
Excellent proficiency in Hubspot
Hands-on experienced with SalesForce, Google Ads and SEO, Social Media marketing tools
Experienced in B2B full-funnel measurability
Ability to analyze and draw conclusions from a broad dataset from different sources
Ability to thrive in a demanding, fast-paced, high growth environment under tight deadlines
Autonomous and dependable
An open-minded, curious, and eager learner
Experience in Account-Based Marketing practices
Experienced managing agencies & partners
High proficiency in English
