    The Integrated Media team is at the intersection of the Nike brand and Digital Commerce activities. This key organization is responsible for executing and leading all the Brand and Commerce marketing campaigns taking place off platforms. The key partners include Google, Instagram/Facebook, Pinterest, Awin and affiliate partners including sneaker blogs, reward sites, fan pages and sport enthusiasts.


    We are looking for an Integrated Media Specialist, focused in Performance Marketing, thoughtful about the consumer and having full understanding of the value of a premium consumer experience, to join our EHQ!

    In this role, you will do the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and promotions via our performance marketing channels. From planning all the way through to campaign & promotion launch, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of our key performance marketing activations.

    An intermediate technical knowledge on one the three key areas of Performance Marketing is preferable. It can be one of the following areas: Paid Search, Display/Social or Affiliates marketing. Besides, a basic knowledge of the Digital Advertising ecosystem and platforms such as Awin, DoubleClick, Facebook ads, Google Ads is required.


    If this is you, you’ll be a member of one of the Media channels team: Search, Display/Social and Affiliates. This position is within the EMEA Integrated Media team and will be a driver of the program across our EMEA markets. You will run a sizeable multi market program, and have a passion for using data to provide thought leadership, innovation, and tactical optimizations. Your role will include the following parts:

    • Drive a channel program by testing and implementing key product features following a data driven methodology via A/B testing and/or experimentation
    • Become a channel pundit at Nike by unlocking efficiencies gains and enhanced implementations and working closely with partners.
    • Assist in defining the strategy for the channel and play an instrumental role in the execution of the strategy
    • Manage to channel specific success metrics, develop and run high-quality reporting, and communicate performance and insights that show progress toward program Key Performance Indicators.
    • Execute program to identified metrics.
    • Partner closely with teams to turn data into insights for actions, to understand the consumer, improve marketing performance, and the overall business.

Reporting to the Digital Affiliates Director, you will work closely with our agency, Integrated Media & Analytics teams, Digital Tech Teams, and Category and Territory Marketing Teams to define media strategies in line with Nike goal.


    • Good understanding of Digital and Performance Marketing
    • Analytically minded, comfortable manipulating and analyzing large amounts of data in order to make meaningful recommendations is required.
    • Experience with the most common digital marketing tools
    • Ability to write clearly and quickly, present your ideas in an organized and coherent manner and be willing to stand up to the challenges of a EMEA performance marketing channel
    • Ability to perform performance analysis to identify growth/optimization opportunities
