Why do we need you?
We believe that blended learning is key to drive impact in an effective and efficient way. To drive this, creating an app that prepares and activates learners before and after the training was one of the first big investments for our company. Our ´flipped´ classroom approach requires our learners to be prepared, and we want to make this as easy for them as possible.
We have come a long way since. Our platform has been improved in many ways, making our content more interactive and immersive, and bringing the learning in the flow of work integrating with business communication platforms (Teams and Slack). We believe we can do much more though. We want to innovate in the ways in which our learners interact with our content, we want to make the content personalized, so our learners can follow the path that works best for them. Overall, we want to better understand how our learners learn, facilitate them in that process and put smiles on their faces at the same time.
We need your experience, expertise and ingenuity to take us to the next level of online engagement and impact.
Specifically, what we would expect you to have in place for the next 6-12 months?
A roadmap full with cutting-edge online learning experiences, pushing the envelope in ways that surprise our learners and drive a step-change in learning impact metrics;
A research, test, learn & implement process that has delivered successfully on at least 2-3 innovative learning concepts;
A top-notch digital content development process that builds on the Lepaya team's capabilities as well as efficient collaboration with external partners;
A dynamic & happy team with growing expertise across a variety of disciplines, which forms the basis for long-term stability & success;
In an ideal world, who would you be?
You are tech savvy and have proven experience in applying cutting-edge technologies to deliver exceptional online learning, possibly bringing experience from online gaming or video/ animation studios;
You have a thorough understanding of behavioral learning and how to drive engagement and impact;
You have experience in working with several types of external partners (ranging from academics and innovation partners to low-cost offsharing) effectively;
You have strong opinions, but generally let data prevail;
You can be a sparring partner for our senior client counterparts: HR Directors & L&D Directors;
You have a proven ability to operate in a fast-pace, ambiguous environment;
We value capabilities over formal experience, yet what would we love to see on your resume?
8+ years digital learning experience at an organization that is leading in its field;
2+ year experience in leading (a) team(s);
Fluent in written and spoken English, conversational in Dutch;
