This position will be part of the Global Information Technology organization driving the IT Digital Experience across the company for all employees. You will be leveraging artificial intelligence to implement smart solutions, natural language and robotic processing as an agent to assist users. You will be pioneering agile methodology to iteratively build out these capabilities partnering with counterparts on the IT operations teams to help infuse automation. You will be building a personalized and intuitive user experience, delivering inspiring end-user interactions and communications.
NOTE This position may be remote temporarily due to COVID-19.
Drive autonomous fulfillment of IT service requests from negligible to a high velocity, owning the user interface and teaching the IT operational teams how to re-instrument for automation.
Oversee an end-user transition campaign, helping Keysight’s employees embrace a digital engagement model with IT.
Identify and lead improvements in operational efficiencies through smarter use of existing systems or deployment of innovative applications of new technology.
Co-create solutions with the business that solve problems and deliver value to every user.
Manage a team of innovative and like-minded individuals that have a passion for digital transformation and improving the way people work.
Guide a well-trained and diverse team of individuals based on today’s best business practices of mentorship and inclusion with an emphasis on professional and personal development.
Lead the adoption of agile development techniques to continuously deliver value to the business.
Leverage third party vendors to augment capacity and capability as needed.
Required Skills and Knowledge
Experience leading organizations through DX approaches (including UX/UI best practices).
Hands-on experience of automation technologies and process; Test Automation, RPA, Scripting, Low-Code/No-Code, IBPMS .
Practical knowledge of operations and service enhancements in ITSM/ITAM & CMDB service and suites (ServiceNow, Cherwell, Remedy, Certero).
Knowledge and experience launching channel based support technologies; assisted and unassisted.
Experience with Knowledge Centered Service refinement (Commaround, Confluence).
Knowledge and experience working with self-healing and device analytics (Nexthink, Tech Pulse).
Mindset: Passionate about customer focus; ability to not just thrive in a dynamic global environment but to be the change agent; emotional intelligence to deftly resolve high friction escalations; courage & bias towards speedy resolutions.
Leadership Experience: Successful track record delivering results of increasing complexity through teams of insourced and outsourced players.
Content Expertise: Deep analytical skills; broad IT foundation, with a university degree and increasing levels of technical contributions
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including comfortably presenting to senior management.
Experience managing direct reports.
Must have ability to work in a fast pace, global environment demonstrating autonomy in meeting business objectives while adhering to team values.
