    Digital Consumer Insights Specialist (interim)

    We are looking for a Digital Consumer Insight Specialist for a well-known international fashion brand situated in Amsterdam. This position will focus on building and growing the digital data content and collective analytical capabilities in insights generation by bridging internal (CRM, Ecom) and external (Google, BrandWatch, Edited, etc) digital sources.     Responsibilities Digital Consumer Insights Specialist (interim)

    • Strong focus on identifying insights from social listening through BrandWatch tool and feeding into ongoing product and brand insights reports
    • Own analysis of customer product reviews and elevate relevant insights to Divisions through clear visualization
    • Build the bridge and secure reporting from CRM/Loyalty and own relationship with the team
    • Responsible for establishing a rhythm of continuous reporting of fresh brand and category insights.
    • Support the digital insights that fuel the annual and seasonal marketing process – key impact on the KPI process for brand and marketing as well as into the development of the planning.
    • Work with the Senior Manager Digital insights on deeper analysis of Google search.

    Requirements Digital Consumer Insights Specialist (interim)

    • At least 3 to 6 years experience at relevant specialist level
    • Experience in similar consumer insights role in Consumer Goods, ideally in Apparel /Fashion industry
    • Strong technical and analytical skills
    • Strong presentation skills at senior level – to bring data people aren’t familiar with to life
    • Ability to distill big data sets into coherent and visually impactful communication
    • Highly organized and collaborative, to be able to liaise closely across all levels of the organization
    • Confidence, motivation, credibility, the ability to adapt to change and a willingness to bring the very best to the team
