The Digital Campaign Manager develops global always-on, brand and sales campaigns leveraging multiple digital channels and platforms. Besides an excellent execution, the main task is to meet Goals and KPI’s of the campaigns. Therefore, the role is focusing on creating industry-leading multi-channel campaigns to accelerate user engagement across all digital touchpoints. A key responsibility will be to ensure that the carefully planned campaigns will be executed with operational excellence on a global scale.
Develop and implement best in class global digital campaigns, microsites and landing pages for Miele and annual campaign budget plans with ambitious targets and clear focus.
Continuous testing & improving based on A/B Tests for optimized performance & user experience. Ongoing specification of the ‘digital’ consumer segmentation for each campaign.
Boost the performance of global key strategic campaigns from the global brand team into relevant digital channels.
Develop and build a best practice campaign overview; conduct activities to identify further digital marketing opportunities – including knowledge sharing repository.
Select high-quality agencies to collaborate with, track campaign KPIs regularly and suggest initiatives; present campaign results and pipeline overviews regularly.
Ideally university degree in business studies, major in marketing / digital brand management and other relevant fields.
Foundational experience working for a premium brand in consumer or FMCG industry, (premium) consumer behavior knowledge and major seniority in developing, creating and executing international key strategic campaigns.
Strong communication and organization skills with a hands-on attitude and experienced in agile ways of working as well as an assertive team-player with project management skills, international mindset and excellent communication in English.
Fundamental experience working with digital media buying tools like Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager etc. and tracking tools like Google Analytics.
Major experience in developing, creating and executing international key strategic campaigns with a creative mindset with the user on top of the mind and premium execution capabilities.
