Manage D2C E-Commerce experience and conversion performance insights, suggest areas for optimization on the platform to achieve business targets around customer experience and revenue, and drive test and learn activities for feature implementation
You are responsible for
Manage the E-Commerce, store experience data, segments and insights/reports. All in alignment with the end to end journey and supporting specific insight asks from D2C team members
Enable and maintain the customer journey and funnels traffic flow overview
Contribute on data exchange and insights towards D2C 360 Dashboard
Implement and maintain tagging of the store in the broadest sense
Promote data driven way of working through use of actionable insights driven from qualitative and quantitative research
Support Testing and validation of envisioned features and iterations both quantitively and qualitatively (e.g. pre- and post-analysis of A/B tests)
Looking in multiple data sources to generate insights
Participate in team demo and retrospectives: work with product owners to help organize feature demos session, supporting demos with insights to the known stakeholders
Inspect and Adapt - Works with teams to define continuous improvement stories
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
Bachelor, Master or comparable practical experience
Minimum 5 to 10 years of professional experience
A background in b2c commerce (incl. experience with commerce engines) is a plus
Agile proficiency and preferably familiar with multiple frameworks and ways of working.
Superior analysis, statistical/methodological research, critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Experience in analyzing data & statistics and translate to data driven approach.
Knowledge of Adobe analytics (Omniture), Google Analytics and Adobe Target is a pre.
Know how to test and learn (A/B tests)
Fluency in Business English
