As a Designer Digital Creative at adidas you are accountable for specific digital concepts and solutions. You are responsible for the delivery of digital assets varying from small banners, to large campaigns - following the global brand direction, style guides and tone of voice policies for adidas. You share templates and best practices with local teams enabling responsive and effective direct marketing communications worldwide. Additionally, you will be managing creative projects from concept to completion working closely with the creative team - including other designers, copywriters and producers - as well as major stakeholders.

Digital Creative Concepts and Solutions
Deliver digital creative content for specific digital campaigns, projects and toolkits for BUs, Markets and Digital.
Create progressive and creative concepts from ideation to final execution.
Collaborate with digital creative experts, freelancers and agencies ensuring efficient delivery of digital creative deliverables and augmenting internal competencies with external input.
Review design and concepts and contribute to creative direction
Develop digital-first design guidelines and drive implementation through templates and toolkits, enabling global consistency and raising the quality of execution.
Conduct creative reviews and create brand consistency across all design deliverables within your scope of responsibility.
Drive continuous improvements and lead assigned projects to elevate digital design deliverables within your scope of responsibility.
Keep up to date with trends in digital technologies and design, and share your findings with the creative team.
Contribute to the digital creative community by sharing and incorporating best practices.
Creative Consultation & Collaboration
Consult stakeholders on digital design by providing examples of innovative solutions for new digital creative concepts.
Present your concepts and designs to stakeholders and support your work with a clear rational and recommendations. Challenge stakeholders and business owners to ensure optimized solutions for consumer, business and the brand.
Understand business needs and collaborate with digital key briefers and partners and Marketing teams to create effective digital design solutions.
Education & Experience
Degree with focus on Design and related areas
5+ years of experience as a Digital, Interactive and/or Visual Designer
Experience working with brands developing creative solutions on a global level
Experience in design industry and ability to predict future trends
Experience developing successful concepts and working in collaborative multi-functional teams
Very good communication skills, comfortable presenting complex topics to stakeholders at various organizational levels both in person and remotely
Consistency across designs while maintaining a creative approach
Creative and energetic team player who has a passion for creative design
Affinity with the Brand Marketing content delivery needs, solutions and processes
Experience in leading a team is a plus
Very Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite
Expert knowledge of Digital/Mobile Marketing
Basic knowledge of HTML & CSS can do and what s possible to achieve
Expert knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite
Fluent English skills both verbally and written
