What will you do?
You will perform the position of Demand Planner and Assist Product Director IT (Monitor).
Your main responsibilities will include:
Analyzes sell-in and sell-out forecasting trends and aligns future demand to meet the trends and crrent market conditions;
Reviews current inventory levels and adjusts supply plans to align with target levels of safety stock and total inventory plans;
Take the forecasted volumes and insure purchase order generation ccuurs to procure products from theassociated factories;
Troubleshoots coverage plans and supply disruptions on an on-going basis and re-aligns volume forecasts to match inbound supply plans;
Reviews the forecasting, sales capability, Inventory KPI's for alignment ad meeting business requirements;
Prepares and analyzes the sales and operations for each product group highlights and presnts to the business the status of the business on a weekly basis and monthly basis.
Interfaces with installed ERP tools to control and run the business.
Sets and manages system operating parameters to align system(s) with the required and anticipated planning requirements; Lead time, safety stock, EOL timing, NPI timing, etc.

Who are you?
You have a Bachelor or Master degree in SCM/Logistics;
Starter level (Zero to two years working experience) in similar function;
Fluent in English and Korean (both written and verbal);
Advanced user with MS office (especially Excel);
Exceptional communication and personal skills;
Accurate, reliant and professional;
Positive can-do mentality;
Takes initiative and is proactive;
