    Demand Generation Manager

    This is your chance to join one of the biggest and most professional B2B marketing teams in EMEA. The End-user/Demand Generation team is dedicated to having fun while marketing, growing sales and supporting Fluke’s world-class products with our top distributors.

    The Demand Generation manager will be primarily responsible with his/her team to drive awareness and demand for the products of Fluke in all designated markets in EMEA. He/she will be responsible for leading the strategy and development of demand generation marketing plans, maximizing business value, driving and meeting targets for leads and funnel (including opportunities and eCommerce revenue), leading marketing mix in collaboration with digital and other marketing colleagues and primary budget owners. This person will act as a Product Owner in Fluke’s Agile marketing environment, working with Stakeholders and the Scrum Master to drive the Agile marketing team engagement and success. The Agile team will include various functional experts with a focus on both online and offline marketing channels. Some of these roles will functionally report into global function teams but will be a strategic part of the day-to-day operation of the team.

    This position is responsible for applying proven direct response techniques to integrated marketing campaigns and works closely with our eCommerce, Channel Marketing and Inside Sales organization (part of Sales Operations). The Demand Generation Marketing Manager for EMEA will report into the EMEA Marketing Director.

    Manage Acquisition Marketing Campaigns:
    • Understand and drive the end user buying journey and experience, including informing improvements on Fluke websites
    • Own acquisition marketing campaigns from beginning to end, including concept development, coordinating creative, internal communications, working with external partners and organizing sales and operations resources
    • Synthesize marketing actions data and evaluate effectiveness, experiment and iterate and iterate for improved performance on future campaigns
    • Partner with internal stakeholders to define marketing program requirements that are in-line with overall customer marketing, sales, and corporate strategies
    • From a marketing perspective actively drive the end user demand generation ‘Flywheel’ with a strong importance on planning, daily management and problem solving
    • With the team contribute to the performance of adherence to the Fluke brand positioning in EMEA.
    • Manage campaign budgets and forecasts
    • Use Agile Marketing methodology to work closely with other marketing groups and the commercial teams to plan, execute and track the launch of New Product Introductions in EMEA, based on available budgets and taking commercial targets into accounts.
    • Utilize KPI to track results and incremental growth of end user demand (ie.opportunity funnel, traffic and other KPI’s)
    • Align with Americas Demand Generation Marketing Manager on processes and standard work.
    Marketing Analysis:
    • Provide regular campaign reports to internal stakeholders, including senior management.
    • Lead Agile Marketing ceremonies (backlog grooming, sprint kick off, scrum review, retrospective) in a purposeful way to deliver performance and continuous improvement
    • Lead daily and visual management and monthly reporting out to key stakeholders, including senior management. Use other FBS tools where appropriate
    • Provide recommendations and champion action derived from analysis
    • Perform ad-hoc analysis of marketing efforts using campaign results, demographic data, and additional sources.
    • Experiment, iterate, and innovate with new marketing and promotional ideas across all channels
    • Use knowledge gained through analysis to provide insight on forecasting, budgeting and marketing direction

    Minimum Qualifications:
    • A college degree in business, marketing, communication or related field
    • 5+ years of experience within a mid-to-large size company responsible for setting and executing (digital) marketing strategies.
    • A combination of B2B (lead generation) and B2C (eCommerce) digital marketing experience is preferred, with emphasis will be in B2B programs.
    • Demonstrated experience driving results through each of the following digital marketing channels: Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Search & Display, Social Media, Email, Events and Telemarketing
    • A proven ability to set-up and effectively utilize leading digital marketing analytics platforms (e.g. Google Analytics, Adobe Site Catalyst, Google Tag Manager, etc); to identify and report on insights important to driving the business.
    • Experience with Visualization tools like PowerBI, Google Data Studio, etc. is a plus
    • An understanding of and experience working with supporting digital marketing technologies such as CMS, marketing automation (Eloqua), CRM (Dynamics/Salesforce) and eCommerce platforms
    • Experience with A/B and/or multivariate testing to drive increase in ROI of (digital) marketing campaigns
    • Ability to effectively interact and influence at senior leaders and executives

    • A collaborative mindset and approach to the many projects that require team members from different organizations within Marketing, other departments, and broader Fluke organizations to be successful.
    • Demonstrated proficiency in continuous improvement (eg. Fortive Business Systems (FBS)), has a desire to continue learning, and a strong interest in applying Agile methodology to Marketing at a high level. FBS Champion status a plus.
    • Solid track record for developing and leading high performing digital programs and oversight of agencies & partners. The successful candidate will be results oriented and possess a demonstrated ability to set strategies and successfully execute to meet business goals.
