As Dedicated Six Sigma Black Belt and a member of the Continuous Improvement team, you are responsible for the promotion and communication of Lean Six Sigma and the PACCAR Production System (PPS) philosophy within the Purchasing & SQA organization.
You are the point of contact for the management in the field of continuous improvement and you advise the management regarding the selection of improvement projects.
You advise management regarding the selection of Belts and improvement directions and you support the use of Belts in improvement projects;
Provide professional support to internal and supplier on Six Sigma projects and the required deliverables;
You coordinate training and certification of all Belts within Purchasing & SQA and you contribute to the execution of Lean Six Sigma training courses;
You identify the need for (High Impact) Kaizen Events and initiate and supervise them;
You monitor the project progress and assess and consolidate the results of reported improvements;
You are responsible for the promotion and communication of Lean Six Sigma and PPS in the organization.
