The opportunity where you will make an impact:
As our Data Analyst you will be a part of Body&Fit business insights team. You will work in partnership with business stakeholders (e.g. finance, marketing and trade) to deliver valuable insights to lead our business towards success with your impeccable data analytics skills.
Full-time · Amsterdam, The Netherlands
Data driven with a proven track record of turning data analysis into tangible business value adding outcome (i.e. increased revenue, improved margin, lower costs)
Liaise with internal tech team and external data vendors to provide consistent and accurate business information
Identify trends and opportunities for growth through analysis of complex datasets
Conduct advanced consumer analysis to help us to understand who they are, how we can serve them better to drive higher customer lifetime value
Assess the effectiveness of on-going campaigns on regular basis
Analyse the ROI of various performance marketing channels and provide recommendations for optimization
Ability to demonstrate automation of data into insightful reporting
Facilitate and deliver appropriate training to assist business to be more data driven
Assist in setting up working process of gathering business requests, prioritizing tasks and knowledge sharing
Adapt to different kinds of projects in a changing environment and acquire the necessary business knowledge in a short period of time
Identify improvement opportunities, dependencies and impacts on the business in order to integrate best practices for current process
Share knowledge with the team on different processes, systems and procedures
What you will bring to Body & Fit
A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role (at least 2 years in E-commerce, ideally a D2C online environment)
Advanced knowledge of SQL, Tableau, Excel and Google Analytics 360, and good knowledge of other data analytics languages like Python, R etc.
Knowledge in Google Big Query would be advantageous
Experience in articulating complex concepts in simple terms to senior stakeholders and other non-technical audiences
Fluency in English.
