Our customer service team is fundamental to the success of our business. Via phone, email and chat, they serve and support customers across Europe, in 10 different languages. They take pride in ensuring a seamless and quality focused process and constantly work to improve and create a better customer experience across all the BESTSELLER brands (JACK & JONES, VERO MODA, ONLY and many more). As a Customer Operations Agent, you will be part of an energetic and international team. You will assist and help our E-commerce customers to ensure that they always receive first class treatment.
Communicate via different channels (chat, WhatsApp, e-mail, phone and through partners)
Investigate inquires using internal and external stakeholders and systems
Have an in-depth knowledge of macros and (when created) phone scripts in relevant languages and English
Be able to process orders through various systems
Identify fraudulent behaviour
Attend meetings and trainings to ensure knowledge is up-to-date
Translate text for customer contacts on an ad-hoc basis
Be a team player and assist colleagues when needed
Raise any areas of improvement with your Customer Operations Senior
Native Danish speaker/fully fluent
Fluent in English
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Interest in fashion and you are preferably an avid online shopper
