Working as a Customer Support & Operations Assistant at Innoleaps, you will have a direct impact on the growth and success of the e-commerce business led by our corporate startup team.
Since this is a part time position (max. 24 hours per week) for 6 months, it can be easily combined with any scholar activities.
Customer support for the webshop of one of our co-creations: answering questions of the customers and solving issues related to orders, shipment and delivery.
Maintaining a relationship with our fulfilment partner:
Coordinating logistics and fulfilment
Responsibility to oversee shipment and delivery
Handling returned orders
Support with order flow
Other operational support for our corporate startup team.
Your mindset & profile:
Hands on and problem-solving mentality
Entrepreneurial with an interest in digital marketing
Independent and proactive
Solid communication skills both in Dutch and English
Affinity for sales and customer service

Hands on e-commerce experience as a starter in the job field
Experience in working with/as part of a corporate startup with traction in the market.
