    Customer Support / Logistics Coordinator LifeScience Amsterdam

    You are a Customer Service / Logistics coordinator who makes every effort to ensure that the job is done. You are passionate about sending life science products. You like to work under high time pressure, take high responsibility and work very accurately. You hold yourself and others accountable and you are very customer focused.

    • You manage and coordinate all international shipments and document workflows.
    • You maintain contact with customers (phone/email); keep them fully informed of the status of their shipments.
    • You strictly follow the work procedures. You follow the delivery schedule, and you maintain contact with the partner network.
    • You take care of invoicing shipments, shipping costs etc.

    What education and skills are we looking for?

    • Bachelor's degree or comparable in logistics management or a related field.
    • 2-4 years of experience in the Transport and Logistics sector, preferably in life science.
    • knowledge or experience with GDP is an advantage.
    • Languages: English is required. Dutch, French or German is an advantage.
    • Excellent communication skills, both orally and in writing.
    • High degree of customer focus.
    • Very accurate and detailed.
    • Problem solver.
