    Customer Support Hero

    Do you want to be part of a fast-growing international scale-up and are you passionate about helping customers? This is your chance! Join our Customer Support team and help our customers to get the most out of our Content Experience Platform.


    Your Misson


    The support department is the first place for our customers to get help. From our Amsterdam office, you will solve (technical) questions and problems by providing support via chat and e-mail. Collecting and organizing feedback from our customers in order to help improve the platform is an important part of your role. Next to this, you will create content (articles or videos) to make our customers be more self-sufficient.

    We have over 1400 customers, ranging from smaller agencies to very large (corporate) organizations. This results in a big variety of people and questions, from design to technical questions.




    Your Focus

    • Investigate and answer support questions about our product by chat/mail
    • Give instructions to customers on the use of our platform
    • Create content for our knowledge base
    • Collaborate with Development to solve customer issues
    • Gather and translate customer feature requests in order to improve the platform


    Your Competences


    • You are a clear communicator. To the point, friendly and able to communicate through all channels.
    • You have a natural service and customer-oriented attitude
    • You are proactive, flexible and have the ability to switch tasks quickly
    • You are a true Inspector Holmes when it comes to troubleshooting and finding solutions
    • You are curious by nature and able to identify customers needs
    • You are tech-savvy: interested in IT, design, new technologies or online platforms


    Your Experience and Skills


    • Minimum a bachelor degree or equivalent
    • You have worked in a customer-focused role for at least 1 year
    • Your English is native or near-native. Since we also have Dutch customers, speaking Dutch is a big plus!
    • Affinity with it, design, marketing, new technologies or online platforms
