Are you an experienced Customer Support professional in a Business to Business environment and familiar with the French market, then our client is looking for you.
The fulltime position of Customer Support is a sales technical support position within a technical environment.
Develop and maintain close relationships and contacts
Technical knowledge and support of product portfolio
Provide excellent customer service
Issue and follow-up on quotations
Handle customer requests
Coordinate the client's School attendees each month (participating during lunches and/or dinners with customers)
2 years of experience in a B2B customer service department
Excellent communication skills in French and English (written and verbal)
Technically literate or have affinity with technical products
Initiative, adaptability, representative and professional attitude
Strong attention to detail, highly organized, computer literate
Ability to prioritize tasks and requests
Ability to work well in a fast-paced professional office environment
Starting immediately and full-time;
A job for a longer period of time, with a great chance of a permanent appointment;
Start salary; EUR 2300,- gross per month;
