    Customer Support Consultant (m/f/d) French Speaker

    In this position, you will provide order processing and customer support to our customers and partners in Europe who are ordering IDEXX Water, Livestock, Poultry and Dairy and OPTI (WLO) products and solutions.

    Our customer support professionals develop deep and meaningful relationships with our customers, offering solutions to meet their unique needs and helping our customers and partners to make the best use of our products and solutions. Every interaction with a customer allows us to demonstrate the power of diagnostics and the quality of IDEXX products.

    In This Role

    When you join the WLO Customer Experience Department and you will be supporting our clients with their order placement, order administration and troubleshooting by providing them solutions with all your knowledge to ensure the best service possible. A big variety of tasks and responsibilities is waiting for you:

      You will be providing our Sales Reps, Customers and Partners with the right guidance to ensure a smooth order process and service.
      You will not only be serving external clients but also internal (IDEXX partners) ones by taking care of their different needs and requests.
      You will ensure the best possible use of technology (Salesforce/SAP) in order for a smooth process and maximum client satisfaction.
      You will also have the chance to utilize your skills in different back office tasks and grow professionally.
      You will work with people and therefor effective and intelligent communication is the key to success in this position.

    What you will need to Succeed

      You are passionate about helping and supporting customers and colleagues bringing already some experience of 2-3 years in that field.
      The ability and drive to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers.
      You have at least 2-3 years’ experience in an international company using Salesforce as the main commercial tool.
      You have experience in commercial administrative process and improvements.
      You love to communicate and know how to do so effectively.
      You are fluent in French and English and speak another European language on (preferably Italian or Spanish).
      Excellent computer skills and experience with CRM systems like Salesforce and SAP are a big plus.
