Nordcloud is looking for an experienced Customer Success Manager to develop its Customer Success Team for Nordcloud's Klarity products.
As a Customer Success Manager, you are interfacing post-sale and responsible for driving customer adoption of purchased Nordcloud software and services. Additionally, you are responsible for identifying opportunities to create additional customer business value among our customers based on our products and services.
Drive overall relationship with assigned clients, which includes managing onboarding, implementation, training, increasing adoption, ensuring retention, and high levels of customer satisfaction.
In the role you'll be responsible for:
Customer engagement: Primarily contact point for the customer's stakeholders when it comes to using the Klarity SaaS-products. Customer development through ongoing development meetings and customer engagement in Nordcloud's Klarity communities.
Adoption: You are a catalyst for customers to get off to a good start. And that all their relevant user groups receive adequate training and support in the use of their Klarity software. You furthermore help develop and maintain Nordcloud's Klarity Adoption Playbook.
Advisory: Advice customers on the flexibility and applicability of their tool to maximizing the outcome of customers' engagements.
Development opportunities: Analyzing areas with optimization and proving new areas where the customer can create additional business value through their use of Nordcloud's software.
What we expect from you
You are familiar with Clouds
Basic expertise in cloud technologies
Basic understanding on at least 1 of the three major hyper-scale cloud platforms
Experience with agile working methodologies and has been part of agile teams
Is able to demonstrate the level of proficiency achieved in agile methodologies through his experience
Understanding of enterprise customers; their value chains, processes and their personas

5+ years of experience within the Cloud
Relevant university degree
Knowledge of Business processes
Practical experience on adoption in a post-sale role
Excellent problem-solving skills and a solution-focused attitude
Proven record of delivering high client satisfaction
Strong presentation and communication skills
Methodical, hardworking, enthusiastic and an ability to work well under pressure
Fluent in English language skills
