As we aim for delivering excellence services we decided to open a brand new position for our Managed Cloud service line - Managed Cloud Customer Succes. As a part of Managed Cloud you should be focused on keeping the customer service at its highest standards, yet understanding the team needs and capabilities. Managed Cloud Customer Success Manager will be responsible for increasing customer's satisfaction and translating customers needs to the services offered by Managed Cloud, and supporting teams in daily duties.
As Managed Cloud Customer Succes Manager you will be responsible for:
Being a single point of contact for Managed Cloud customers
Keeping both the customer and the team informed about the needs and changes
Supporting the Managed Cloud teams in understanding the customer's needs
Helping in understanding the already existing process, which is beneficial for both sides
Acting as a proxy between Customer and the Team
Our ideal candidate has:
Experience in a similar role gained in mid-size or large, international companies
Excellent communication skills
At least knowledge and understanding about tools such as Jira, Confluence
In-depth understanding of ITIL/support processes
Previous experience in support/maintenance or customer service
Strong focus on customer satisfaction
"Get it done" attitude
Skills that would be a plus:
Previous experience working with a public cloud solution
Strong interest in technology - including public cloud
