With our solution Always on Board we are helping captains and vessel operators to be more in control of their processes. Reducing the hassle of the current ways of working by bringing uniformity and efficiency in the on board digitalization of port call processes.
To further shape the growth of Always on Board we are looking for a:
CUSTOMER SUCCESS LEAD
In this role you will be a part of the core team consisting of the Program Manager, Product Owner and Sales & BD Manager. You will report to the Director of diize.
Your main responsibilities
Develop best practices for new customers onboarding to ensure customer success
Handling questions and account management for existing accounts
Realising up-sell with existing customers and evaluate their success
Handling back-office operations such as data management and setting up new accounts
Set-up new ports in the application by adding required data fields and documents as a part of our global coverage roadmap
Create content for social media purposes
Taking care of the administrative duties such as invoicing CRM management and performance analysis
Provide detailed input to the Product Owner for new potential product functionalities
Have a growth mindset and see challenges as learning opportunities, failing is not an option.
Have an entrepreneurial and commercial mindset
Have a bachelor degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing or Communications
Have affinity with IT and digitalization. Experience in IT is a plus
Get enthusiastic to work with people and helping them
Are committed, proactive and driven
Are self-motivated and self-organized
Are flexible and can handle multi-tasking
Are a great communicator
Are speaking fluently in Dutch and have strong English skills both verbal and written.
Market conform salary depending on skills and experience
