Nordcloud is looking for graduates who want to join our great Klarity team in the role as Customer Success Agent.
As a Customer Success Agent, you are interfacing post-sale and supporting our Customer Success team in driving customer adoption of our Klarity software and services. You work closely with customers to ensure they are satisfied with the services they receive and to support them to fully utilise the Klarity products.
Drive overall relationship with assigned clients, which includes managing onboarding, implementation, training, increasing adoption, ensuring retention, and high levels of customer satisfaction.
In the role you'll be working with:
Customer engagement: Support the customer's stakeholders when it comes to using the Klarity SaaS-products. Customer development through ongoing development meetings and customer engagement in Nordcloud's Klarity communities.
Adoption: You help customers to get off to a good start and support them in the use of their Klarity software. You furthermore help maintain Nordcloud's Klarity Adoption Playbook.
Advisory: Advice customers on the flexibility and applicability of their tool to maximizing the outcome of customers' engagements.
Development opportunities: Analyzing areas with optimization and proving new areas where the customer can create additional business value through their use of the Klarity software.
Daily customer support. You run the customer incident communication and ensure that incidents are resolved in close collaboration with our product development, engineering and QA teams.

You are familiar with Clouds
Basic expertise in cloud technologies
Basic understanding on at least 1 of the three major hyper-scale cloud platforms
You can add check marks with most of these topics:
1-2 years of experience within the Cloud (internship and student jobs also count here)
Relevant bachelor or master degree
Knowledge of Business processes
Some experience on adoption in a post-sale role
Wants to become an excellent problem-solver and have a solution-focused attitude
Good presentation and communication skills
Methodical, hardworking, enthusiastic and an ability to work well under pressure
Fluent in English language skills
