In the position of Customer Support Turkish Market you are part of the Customer Operations team consisting of 10 colleagues. In this role you are responsible for the refund of VAT and excise duties on behalf of more than 12,000 customers. This always with the aim to reduce the administrative burden on their customers by offering a fast and all-round refund service. Besides that you build and maintain relations with existing clients and you handle the process of following up on offers within the Turkish market.
Aside from these activities you also take care of customer complaints. Nevertheless it is important to have a winners mentality as you have to reach the sales targets set for the Turkish market.
MBO/HBO completed study with 1-3 years experience in a sales environment;
Excellent verbal and written communications skills in Turkish and English language;
Knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office;
Experience in maintaining good working relationships with customers.
