You want to make every Dopper customer part of our movement, the Dopper wave, to ban single-use water bottles out of their lives. Basically, you live and breathe the Dopper mission. Which will only make you more eager to increase Dopper’s commercial success.
You are a result-driven person, with experience in managing a (inside) sales team. You are a fun and connected person with strong coaching and communication skills, which will make your team thrive. You’re a triple threat, because – next to commercial and people skills – you are a process optimization guru. It is what you do best. You can’t help yourself but suggest improvements, jump on opportunities and come up with smart solutions.
A day in the life - Customer Service Manager
Commercially-minded as you are, you enjoy ticking off those sales targets. But for you, this is not enough. You want no bottle to be sold without the mission.
You’re on a quest to get every partner – resell, retail and B2B – to actively spread our mission.
You help the inside sales team to reach KPI’s, improve service levels and coaching them so they can reach their full potential.
You monitor the mail boxes, divide tasks and make sure that your team excels regarding response time – and conversion, of course.
You work as efficiently as possible - you streamline processes, introduce useful tools and improve sales materials (phone scripts, mail templates etc.).
You will analyze results, weekly reports, customer satisfaction rates.
You will share results and insights with your team and the Head of International Sales. Room to improve? You’re on it!
Up for the challenge? This would help:
5+ years of experience in Sales, preferably within an Customer Service/Inside Sales team;
You have experience in managing a (Customer Service / Inside Sales) team;
You are fluent in English and Dutch;
You have experience with optimizing and implementing processes and procedures.
