You will be a Customer Service Employee to strengthen the Customer Service International Market department. The department consists of Customer Service Employees, Account managers, Back Office Employees and more.
In this role you are responsible for the administration and commercial processing of the entire ordering process. This includes registering incoming orders up to shipment and payments. Together with the team you solve all common customer problems and questions in a customer-friendly way focused on expanding and maintaining an excellent relationship with the customer.
Your activities consist of:
Phone contact with customers;
Conducting telephone sales in the form of cross selling;
Provide administrative and commercial support to the various sales managers;
To conduct all relevant correspondence with customers Independently.
You are a Customer Service Employee is a multilingual who speaks and writes English and a second language like Scandinavian,French or German.
