    The multilingual Customer Service Employee is responsible for the administrative and commercial processing of incoming orders and return flows for the Benelux.     You will be a Customer Service Employee to strengthen the Customer Service International Market department. The department consists of Customer Service Employees, Account managers, Back Office Employees and more.

    In this role you are responsible for the administration and commercial processing of the entire ordering process. This includes registering incoming orders up to shipment and payments. Together with the team you solve all common customer problems and questions in a customer-friendly way focused on expanding and maintaining an excellent relationship with the customer.

    Your activities consist of:

    • Phone contact with customers;
    • Conducting telephone sales in the form of cross selling;
    • Provide administrative and commercial support to the various sales managers;
    • To conduct all relevant correspondence with customers Independently.

    You are a Customer Service Employee is a multilingual who speaks and writes English and a second language like Scandinavian, French or German. You speak these languages on a native or near native level to use in a business environment. To excel in this job you must have a client focused, commercial mindset.

    Furthermore your resume shows:

    • MBO (Secondary vocational education) or HBO (Higher professional education) or equivalent;
    • Good knowledge of MS Office.
