    what will you do

    From Teleperformance you will be deployed on the project for the Belgian market. There are currently a lot of online orders taking place. Your work consists of administrative tasks associated with these online orders. Have you noticed that a delivery does not take place at the agreed time? It is up to you to contact the customer to resolve this and to make new agreements. Of course you record this carefully and you contribute to high customer satisfaction.
