As Customer Officer, you will play a critical role working with the EMEA Customer Officer to provide strategic and tactical support to the President and Vice President, Google Cloud for all executive engagement in the South region. In this high visibility/impact role, you will manage day-to-day coordination of customer engagements working with senior stakeholders across Cloud. You will be a member of the South leadership team, working closely with the VP of Cloud on all customer executive engagements.

Maximize the Vice President’s effectiveness in customer engagements by creating and managing tight planning processes with regional sales, marketing, and communication teams.
Define, iteratively improve, and execute processes for executive engagement requests, briefings, trip planning, etc. working with cross-functional teams.
Travel for some field engagements to ensure President's time is spent effectively and customer matters are swiftly addressed.
Work across all levels of Googlers (from senior leadership to front line) to drive alignment and execution on business goals.
Draft, review, and approve customer communications for executive outreach and follow-up emails.
