Customer Journey Expert
The Trade tribe is part of ING’s Wholesale Banking-Transaction Services organisation. Our purpose is to create the best financial supply chains through seamless Trade solutions. The tribe consists of three chapters; 1) Working Capital Solutions, 2) Trade Finance Services, 3) Data & Platforms. This position is for the Data & Platforms chapter. The purpose of this chapter is to develop & build the next generation Trade platform, transform the way clients interact with ING for the best customer experience in the market and become data driven. This is a challenging area due to the high degree of disruption by new platforms and upcoming new technology where executing on the data strategy plays a vital role.
The Customer Journey Expert (“CJE”) has end-to-end responsibility for the development, management and harmonisation of services with the aim to provide a differentiating customer experience. You will be part of the Data Squad – around 7 team members with different skill sets – and contribute to the purpose of the team in transforming Trade into a data driven organisation. Our ambition is to create real-time product insight – via PowerBI – and empower our stakeholders to take the right decision anywhere, anytime.
For our tribe we are looking for an ambitious CJE with strong analytical skills, is able to set requirements for our Data Engineers and present the result to stakeholders including enhancing their engagement in this journey.
What you'll do
You are representing the voice of the customer, have a strong vision on how to attract consumers and focus on continuously improving the journeys we are offering.
You will coordinate, manage stakeholders and set prioritisation of the stories together with the product owner.
You are business owner of the Trade solutions in scope of your squad. As such you are responsible for designing, developing & operating the Trade solutions for our clients that allows them to stay a step ahead in life and business.
You will share the responsibility to provide a differentiating experience for ING’s customers for all trade related services (all customer journeys relating to trade) at optimal value and profitability for ING.
You are able to define product strategy / vision in line with ING’s overall objectives and translate in solid storylines for execution and communication to senior management.

How to succeed
Between 1 to 5 years of working experience
Pro-active and goal driven personality and the capabilities to optimally function within an Agile environment
Love for data and the impact it can make
Excellent level of English
