We are looking for a:
Customer Experience Specialist
Be the first point of contact for our Customers and strive for excellent Customer experience in all areas. You are the linking pin between our Supply Chain organization and our Sales department. Furthermore you understand the Q2C process and translate this to customer excellence. You also ensure that our customers receive accurate information fast and enjoy a seamless customer experience. We connect to our Customers in the local language if required, we are culturally aware and solve Customer issues while celebrating their value to us. By using the transactional day-to-day communication, the Customer experience team takes action to optimize the Customer journey on every Customer touchpoint with Lamb Weston / Meijer.
Customer Experience is a holistic Customer approach that goes beyond Customer Service and takes into account the overall Customer journey by building long lasting relationships. In this role you report into the Customer Experience Team Leader. This is a full-time role, located at our HQ in Breda.
What you will do
Actively drive excellent Customer experience by promptly and accurately responding to Customer inquiries;
Define priorities per Customer - what do we need to get out of the relationship that is to be built;
Influence how the Customer perceives our company by acting as the voice of the customer in our organization;
Owner of the Q2C process for your customers and on every touchpoint with your Customer, ensure swift and pro-active communication on the progress of the Quotation to Cash process;
Involved in Customer visits for respective accounts and represent the Commercial Operations team, which requires travelling;
Handle price, contract, samples, actively drive Customer forecast and communicate closely with the commercial teams in the field.
What do you bring to the table?
Bachelor Degree in Commercial area or other related field;
Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in a commercial position;
Basic knowledge of the Q2C process within a Supply Chain environment;
International background would be preferred;
Fluency in Dutch or English is a must. Knowledge of the German language is preferred;
Experience in SAP or a similar ERP system is a plus.
As a Customer Experience Specialist you are customer oriented, comfortable with numbers and have a proactive mindset. Of course you have excellent communication and influencing skills. Furthermore you are able to work independently and you have a resilient mindset in order to cope with stressful situations.
