    Customer Care employee

    We are looking for Customer Care employees for our client UPS in Herkenbosch (near roermond) who speak and write the French and English language.

    As a Customer Care Administrative Support within Network OPS you will work in a dynamic international environment and will be the supporting the operational communication between the Customer Care team and various service providers.
    You will impact the organization by completing administrative tasks for the department.
    You have responsibilities to execute accurate and timely reports. Also maintenance of the departmental instructions, databases and process documents is part of the Administrative support representative role.

    What do you do on an average day?

    • You create, process and monitor various reports;
    • Work with internal and external service providers to timely retrieve reporting input;
    • Supporting the Customer Care Team with on-time report submissions is your job;
    • The maintaining of WI, SOP and MOP’s is part of your responsibility;
    • You assist with the creation and maintenance of the process documentation and workflows.

    • Write & speak French and English

    • Education: preferably MBO work level;
    • Experience: one or two year’s in an administrative role within a Supply Chain environment;
    • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, especially excel;
    • Competences: strong communication skills, able to plan, set priorities and able to work independently;
    • You are well organized, detailed, have accurate working methods and are a team-player.
