    CRO Specialist

    We are looking for a Conversion Optimization Specialist to join our impact eCommerce squad

    As a Conversion Optimization Specialist you know how to scan customer journeys and funnels, find touch-points which need improvement and come up with technical solutions.

    That means:

    • You are responsible for all conversion optimization activities for Direct Impact's clients,
    • You design and set up CRO structures
    • Independently execute all steps along the process, including developing the defined & prioritized A/B tests in the roadmap for the client
    • You independently build landing pages, implement marketing pixels and set up and improve Google Analytics data
    • You are totally scanning and auditing customer journeys
    • You build, measure and learn: experimenting is the key to great results
    • You are always on the look-out for new ways to improve overall conversion

    11:30 Define new next level tests and develop them together with the A/B test specialist

    13:00 Read blogs on CRO developments

    14:00 Create some "how to's" for our clients to better understand the data they look into

    15:00 Create some functionalities and checkout improvements

    We ask

    • Proven experience as a (technical) conversion specialist
    • Some experience with and a passion for developing A/B testing
    • You have understanding of tools such as Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Hotjar, Optimizely and Google Optimize
    • You can write code (HTML / CSS / Javascript / jQuery)
    • You understand customer journeys and creating persona's / segment
    • You love data and have a talent for great analysis
    • Excellent language skills in both Dutch and English
