    CRM Manager B2B- Netherlands Based

    Journalism is changing, and we are part of that change. Nobody really knows where it’s going. Every new thing we try is an experiment.

    The CRM manager B2B is responsible for setting up the best CRM program per partner. The partnerships drive a great part of the company revenue and every partner contract has his own requirements and goals. It’s up to you to make a success out of these partnerships by activating users and preventing churn.

    Most of the partnerships are done in France, but also in the UK and the Netherlands we have partnerships and more are coming. If we talk about partnerships you can think about a subscription offered via a partner. An example of this is a Blendle offer via Vodafone in the Netherlands, a Cafeyn offer via Canal+ in France or O2 in the UK.

    Journalism is an essential part of every society, but newspapers and magazines see their revenues drop. We want to tap into a new revenue source for newspapers and magazines and to support journalists in continuing to publish fantastic content that is easily available.

    Alright, here comes our wish list:

    You consult our Partnership managers on what a successful CRM program looks like and what would be helpful in the contracts with these partners. When a contract is closed you are responsible for the marketing campaigns to activate these users, to keep them active and to prevent churn. If a user did churn, you workout a plan (together with the reactivation manager) to get these users active again.

    You manage the various channels and campaigns for partnerships by yourself. The channels you can think of are: email campaigns, social campaigns or app notifications. You are responsible for flawless execution of a multichannel campaign and you make sure the complete flow is perfect for this campaign. You will perform testing to optimize the conversion of a campaign on the web or in the app.

    We need someone who is able to deliver on

    • Be responsible for the campaign from A-Z
    • Create campaigns matching the partner strategy and contract
    • Share and align a planning with the Partnership manager and partner
    • Monitor and improve the engagement, NPS and churn of users generated via (b2b) partnerships
    • Create briefings for customer experience team, copy and design
    • Set-up a segmentation for specific campaigns
    • Set up emails and test this to optimise the campaign
    • Build up email and push opt-ins
    • Create tracking links to measure campaign results
    • A/B testing to optimize the campaigns
    • Analyze results and optimize your campaigns
    • Share your results with the organisation

    So....if YOU are :

    And....if YOU have :

    • Experience with: email marketing, A/B testing, ESP and CRM tools
    • Bachelor or university degree
    • You need at least 3 years of experience in CRM and preferable has experience with setting up campaigns for clients
    • English is our company language and needs to be at C level. As most of the partnerships are in France, it would be preferable if your French is fluent (c-level) or your first languages. Dutch is a pre.
