    CRM Loyalty Manager - Europe

    Domino's Pizza Netherlands has been part of Domino's Pizza Enterprises Ltd (DPE) since July 2006. DPE is publicly traded in Australia and is the master franchisee for the Domino's Pizza brand in Australia, New Zealand, Japan, France, Luxembourg, Belgium, Germany, Denmark and the Netherlands.

    Job Description

    Domino's is growing fast, are you eager to grow with us? In order to keep up with the growth of Domino's, we are looking for a pro-active and hands-on CRM Loyalty Manager.

    Your main responsibilities:

    In collaboration with stakeholders throughout the business, the European CRM Loyalty Manager is responsible for the continuous development, activation, and optimisation of the Domino’s loyalty program in the European markets.

    Key Tasks:

    Loyalty Program:

    • Lead the implementation and continuous optimisation of the loyalty strategy at Domino’s Europe, driving sustainable growth of Customer Value (CLV)
    • Collaborate with functions across the business to better integrate loyalty into the operations of the wider business
    • Work with the local teams to ensure the ongoing profitability and scalability of the loyalty program

    Loyalty Activation:

    • Design and deliver the annual loyalty marketing plan which meets strategic objectives and is aligned to the market requirements and marketing calendars
    • Drive continuous and sustainable growth of the loyalty database through the implementation of the relevant acquisition and retention strategies
    • Develop and continuously iterate the loyalty customer lifecycle and segmentation in collaboration with the wider CRM team
    • Concept, propose, and implement loyalty campaigns and activation with the local CRM managers
    • Support and provide consultancy to the CRM managers in the markets on the local loyalty campaigns and activations

    Loyalty Reporting:

    • Regularly track and report on the overall performance of the loyalty program and the relevant key metrics
    • Work with the Strategy & Insights Team to identify key insights and opportunities for optimisation of the loyalty program and activity

    Loyalty Systems:

    • Ideate and collect requirements from the local teams on enhancements to the loyalty system and mechanics
    • Work with the IT team prioritize and implement the loyalty system enhancements
    • Align and prioritize maintenance tasks with the IT team to ensure the stability and robustness of the loyalty systems

    What you require…

    • You have a degree in business administration with a focus on marketing/communications or comparable training
    • Already have 3-6 years of professional experience in loyalty and CRM
    • A strong understanding of the fundamentals of CRM and loyalty and how to apply them
    • Experience with CRM activation tools and loyalty systems
    • You are a team player with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills and are comfortable working with people from many different background (e.g. marketing, IT, data, etc…)
    • You are solution focused, with a ‘Get it done’ attitude and are willing to get your ‘hands dirty’ when required
    • You are a problem solver and do not get discouraged easily by unexpected challenges
    • Strong written & oral communication skills in English, skills in other relevant languages (e.g. German, Dutch, French, Danish) will be regarded but not required
    • You are confident in using the current MS Office suite
