As part of a growing department that drives and services all brand visual output, we are looking for an experienced Art Director Livingto join the Creative team. Someone experienced in the Living / Interior Design industry.

In this role you will work on the 360’ campaigns including TVCs, Online Videos and online platforms. With a keen eye for aesthetics, (Interior) Design, Living and Retail trends, you have a solid vision to create engaging content from concept to execution within a fast-paced online retail organization. You report to the Strategic Creative Lead.
The Creative Producer is a story teller, responsible for bringing ideas to life that shapes the brand visual identity and creative aesthetic across multiple touch points and platforms. Working closely together within the Creative Hub and with the Buying & Sales and Marketing team to create content for distribution across all platforms. And responsible for the successful creation and delivery of all assets from project briefing to asset release.
Create & present concepts, mood boards and story boards in the realization of each brief and for approval by the Buying & Sales and Marketing team;
Manage and oversee end-to-end delivery from creative brief, shoot pre-production (including detailed set design), to release of creative assets (photography & videography);
Responsible for ensuring consistency of visual direction;
Deliver a cohesive visual aesthetic and identity for content across the various online and social media platforms;
Management of content framework and delivery of framework to stakeholders;
Collaborate closely with the Marketing Team, Buying & Sales and the E-commerce Photo studio to create compelling work balancing art and commerce;
Brief, (project) lead and cooperate with the rest of the Creative Hub (Graphic Designers, Photographers, Stylist, Planners, Set builder, etc) to ensure a qualitative and consistent visual end result;
Maintaining and aligned visual execution of digital and print content including a graphical direction and brand- and style guidelines;
Maintaining high level of quality and delivering creative, inspirational, relevant and commercial solutions within brand- and style guidelines;
Contributing to the development of new seasonal campaign concepts.

What do you bring?
At least 6 years experience within Living / Interior Design Industry;
Experience with visually expressing a brand;
Experience within a commercial and customer focused organization;
Experience in project management and leading creative teams;
Experience with campaign level shoot production, focused on Living / Interior Design;
Strong portfolio of stills and/or video content - Excellent on the craft and detail;
Strong social media video capabilities;
Creative, innovative and willing to contribute ideas and professional opinion;
Self-motivated and able to work both independently as well as part of a team in fast-paced environment with multiple projects, tight deadlines and changing priorities;
Expert with Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), Sketchup, Keynote. Experience with Animation, video editing skills is a plus;
Strong art directing & concept skills, eye for detail and commercial sensibility;
Effective and efficient communication skills, ability to balance commerciality and creativity;
Flexible, open minded with a sense of humor and fun;
Fluent in English (written & verbal).
What do we offer in return?
A salary between €3941,- and €4887,- depending on your experience;
