    In this role, you have the opportunity to

    Be integral in delivering on brand, innovative and inspiring online retail executions to elevate the Philips brand experience in an online environment. The position will be tasked with assisting in the execution of major digital commercial initiatives to convert in the digital space. Opportunity to build plans that enhance Philips brand equity whilst delivering conversion and sales support. An excellent project manager having the ability to build and execute online marketing programs. Develop and execute digital channel marketing programs from a ROI perspective.

    You are responsible for

    • Assisting in building & executing effective digital marketing plans in alignment with the D2C/Digital retailers plans and with all other internal stakeholders

    • Working with the Digital Sr. Manager and with the other internal D2C stakeholders, create, manage and deliver on time, on budget and on brand strategic digital marketing activities based on the global commercial moments calendar

    • Be the point person for all digital channel creation discussions and day-to-day relationships with all stakeholders

    • Managing all outside agency and vendor relationships related to execution of digital marketing plans

    You are a part of

    The Cluster Marketing Creation team, a very dynamic and international team heading up all communication strategy and content creation topics for the key B2C propositions of Philips.

    This role in particular will work horizontally on all product categories, and is key in strengthening the digital capabilities of the team in tackling commercial opportunities with key commercial partner and in supporting the growth of our D2C channel with the right type of strategy and content

    To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

    • Bachelor's Degree in a related field with 3+ years of proven online marketing/retail experience in digital agency or global brand

    • Strong understanding of the cross functional marketing communications mix

    • Excellent project management skills

    • Ability to develop and maintain solid relationships with 3rd party strategic account teams

    • Ability to multitask in high pressure environment

    • Experience with digital display, display retargeting and pay per click

    • Strong analytical skills and an understanding of experimental methodologies

    • Data-driven: Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and methodologies

    • Online Tool Experience: Experience with advertising technologies like Google Display Network, AdWords, DoubleClick, Facebook Media, Amazon Advertising is a plus

    • Superior written and verbal communication skills and strong knowledge of current online retail landscape

    • Strong presentation skills. Both verbal and written

    • Dedicated, enthusiastic, innovative and drive to achieve the best, a strong communicator and able to manage their time effectively
