    Our E-Commerce organization is expanding and we are looking for new colleagues in our operation team. As a Cost Controller, you oversee costs management for our entire company. In this role your will work collaboratively with different departments to analyze costs, assess vendor relationship and maximize profitability. You perform comparisons Actual vs. Plan and pursue effects of agreed measures. Apart from that, you analyze and evaluate cost structures, build up, maintain and improve the depending cost accounting system. You provide regular business reports, with respect to overall performance, and recommend actions to accountable management.

    For stock and buying management, you are the go-to person for business reports and analysis in our operations team focusing on category management and range planning aspects (e.g. KPI definitions, advanced excel models).

    Your tasks:

    • You are the go-to person for stock and buying KPIs in the brand operation
    • You work closely with the demand planning, analytics and bi to forecast and analysis business development
    • You Provide critical assessment of all budgets and cost projections
    • You analyze invoices to ensure correct costs
    • You demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the interdependency of cost drivers
    • You help defining new strategy and business plans
    • You are responsible for drawing up reports and analysis for management
    • You identify and address efficiency gains
    • You roll out clear cost-savings programs with timelines and assessment goals
    • You analyse the business performance towards predefined targets and KPIs
    • You report the recent stock development and forecast to management
    • You report on supplier performance and development
    • You conduct ad-hoc analysis, define measures for action and target achievement potential
    • You are a business partner for Head of Finance, Head of Warehousing and logistic, Head of Photostudio and Head of acquisition & Retention

    Your profile:

    • You have a degree in business economics with focus controlling or similar qualifications
    • Ideally, you have 3-5 years of experience from similar position
    • Preferably, you have an experience in warehousing and distribution
    • You can make a difference with excellent numbers and analytical skills
    • You are well structure, with clear objectives and follow-up on deliverables
    • You work independent and can deliver clear results
    • You are experienced with the Microsoft office package, especially excel and PowerPoint
    • You are available to travel to Denmark/Poland
