About Our Client
Our client is a fast growing commodities trade company focussed on the energy sector, dealing with e.g. carbon and renewable energy certifications.
Your activities include:
Working with hiring managers and recruiters throughout the recruitment lifecycle, from approvals and intakes to job postings, and recruitment interviews;
Sourcing candidates on LinkedIn;
Posting on social media and add value with job marketing;
Tracking candidates using our Applicant Tracking Software (Greenhouse);
Campus recruitment and events;
Collecting feedback throughout the recruitment process;
Participating in different recruitment projects.
The Successful Applicant
You have 1-3 years of experience in Recruitment;
You have campus recruitment experience;
A degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business administration or any other related field;
You are a well-spoken and professional multitasker;
flexible and openminded individual, ready to work in a fast-paced environment.
You are both a team player as well as a reliable individual;
Fluent in English, fluency or good command of Spanish, French, or German is a plus.
