As our first Conversion Rate Optimizer (m/f/d), you will have the opportunity to work with us to develop and implement a conversion rate optimisation programme from scratch.
You independently and proactively optimise the conversion rate of our online shop
You will analyse our website performance, identify opportunities for growth and scaling and develop a structured test strategy based on this information
You develop hypotheses, create test roadmaps and conduct A/B as well as multivariate tests to continuously optimise the user experience and ensure compliance with relevant KPIs
You evaluate the results of the implemented tests and accompany the implementation of successful tests on our website in case of positive results
You will develop and implement data-driven measures to improve the user experience and optimise the conversion rate.
You work closely with different departments and stakeholders (tech, customer service, content) to provide our users with a consistent journey from the first touchpoint to purchase
You have at least 2 years of relevant experience in e-commerce and online marketing, ideally in the area of conversion rate optimisation
You have already demonstrably contributed to improving the customer journey in several projects and thus to increasing the conversion rate
You are experienced in the use of A/B testing tools, web analytics and tracking
You have sound knowledge in the use of common web analytics and A/B testing tools (e.g. Adobe Target and Analytics, Google Analytics and Optimize, Optimizely, HotJar Kameleoon...) and ideally have already worked with personalisation tools such as Salesforce or Dynamic Yield
Knowledge of HTML, CSS and other web technologies is an advantage.
You are a real hands-on type and like to take responsibility
You think analytically and are solution-oriented, have an affinity for data and a strategic approach, at the same time, you are creative and no stranger to behavioural psychology
Very good written and spoken English
German or Dutch are an advantage
