The Conversion Manager is responsible to implement and optimize Miele’s content management activities with our main online partners. The role will make sure the brand message is correctly delivered in a premium and consistent way in the key markets. The Conversion Manager works in tight collaboration with internal departments
like Brand Management, Product Marketing and the local branches as well as also with Miele’s online partners. The role’s ambition is to make content a fundamental pillar for the customer’s purchasing path.
Be the main point of contact for all the Amazon content strategy and operations.
Liaise with local branches, product marketing and brand management to make the best content available for online consumer and customers.
Make sure the best in class customizable content are correctly implemented on Amazon’ platform. Also, optimize product pages according to Amazon search engine algorithms.
Analyze & report website traffic and users engagement metrics – prepare, implement and analyze A/B testing actions to create an ongoing optimization approach.
Ensure compliance with our brand guidelines, legal requisite and company strategies.
Ideally university degree in communication or a similar experience within a related field.
Foundational experience working for a premium brand in consumer or FMCG industry, market and (premium) consumer behavior knowledge.
5+ years experience working with/for main Pure Players (e.g. Amazon, Bol, Booking.com, Zalando…).
Knowledge of Amazon Vendor Central platform, Performance tools, Google Analytics, … would represent a plus.
Strong communication and organization skills with a hands-on, problem-solving attitude and experienced in agile ways of working as well as being an assertive team-player with project management skills, an international mindset, and fluent in business English (business level).
