Who are we looking for?
For this entry-level position, we are looking for a Content Producer who is capable of creating online troubleshooters and tutorials for fixed-line products, such as tv boxes, Internet modems, wifi-hotspots, or USB dongles and mobile devices (smartphone, tablets, smartwatches). These tutorials are step-by-step interactive guides to show how to configure your smartphone, install your TV box, or restore factory settings on a wifi-hotspot for instance.
Our ideal candidate loves smartphones, smartwatches, gadgets, and tech in general. You know your way around, and this type of equipment holds no secrets for you. You have great writing skills and are determined to explain something complex in an easy and understandable way. As a Content Producer, you are the first person to play around with state-of-the-art equipment, and therefore at the forefront of our success. Your content will be helping millions of people all around the globe!
Some of your tasks include:
Working with fixed-line products to create tutorials, articles, and troubleshooting guides for these (sometimes complex) products
Extracting images directly from brand new and exciting smartphones, modems, and cool home tech devices to create step-by-step tutorials
Taking and editing device images, mobile and desktop screens
Perform quality assurance on mobile and fixed-line tutorials
Assisting in content editing-related projects
Researching information for articles and new functionalities

You love troubleshooting/problem solving and you’re good at it
Independent thinker, passionate, and a strong end-user focus
Highly communicative, social, and a team player
Strong analytical and technical skills (you got to love cool gadgets)
A keen “eye” for detail
Take responsibility for your work and make sure it is of great quality
Image editing, article writing, and research skills
Can work independently but you are also good at following instructions
Open to learning new skills (for example some basic HTML coding)
Requirements for the role:
Bachelor of science or similar degree
You are available full-time
Fluent in English (speaking and writing)
Proactive, independent worker
Experience with Photoshop and/or Illustrator
Pre: prior experience with a Content Management System
Pre: knowledge of connected devices in general and basic HTML coding.
