Role: Content Manager
Working in partnership with our client we are looking for a Content Manager to manage online communities as the public-facing voice of the brand or brands. You will write, develop & deploy social content whilst ensuring its performance ladders up to brand/business objectives and supporting campaigns, social calendars and reactive/proactive content.

ABOUT THE TEAM YOU WILL BE JOINING
You'll be joining a permanent on-site creative team working closely with internal/external digital teams, strategists, designers, copywriters and a team of Community Managers
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING IN YOUR ROLE
Managing a Social Media community
Managing a CM team (direct reports)
Ensuring the overall quality of output of content Evangelising best practice (Digital Mandatories)
Quality Control of community engagements and content
Developing Content Calendars
Giving implementational and executional rigour to help the brand land on social channels Team performance reports
Own community metrics
WHAT SKILLS WILL HELP YOU BE SUCCESSFUL
You are a courteous, positive and high-energy individual with great people skills.
Strong background of working with digital and social agencies, and must excel in planning
Experience of producing engaging and creative social media and digital work.
