    Compensation Operations Manager

    Do you have experience in Compensation and leading a team? If so, we are looking for you!

    We have a temporary assignment via Adecco available until the 15th of December for 40 hours per week.

    What does the role involve?

    As our Compensation Operations Manager you will ensure efficient and effective Compensation operations for all countries in EMEA across Nike Inc businesses by ensuring Compensation programs are executed accurately and timely for Nike's employees in accordance to Nike's Compensation policies, processes and in compliance with local statutory regulations.

    • Lead a team of 3 Compensation Specialists & Analysts
    • Responsible for performance management and coaching, providing feedback and fostering teamwork
    • Maintain staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees
    • Partner with cross-functional team managers to address basic issues and identify solutions
    • Maintain quality service by enforcing quality and customer service standards, analyzing and resolving quality and customer service problems, and recommending system improvements benefiting internal SLA/CSAT
    • Review operational processes and tools, recommend improvements and document new processes.
    • Manage programs regarding Annual Pay Review, ESPP, Competitive Pay Management, Retail Incentive, Minimum Wages
    • Process day-to-day transactions for program administration
    • Perform audits & controls to ensure quality & accuracy of data in HR systems
    • Deliver service excellence to employees, managers, and HR Ops teammates by responding in a professional, accurate and timely manner to all requests about Compensation programs via CRM tool (ServiceNow).

    Wat vragen wij?
    This is why the role is a great match for me:

    • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, IT or equivalent
    • At least 4 years of operations experience and 2 years in Compensation is preferred
    • At least 2 years of relevant experience in leading a team
    • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SAP
    • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
    • Fluency in English (both written and verbal communications) is required
    • Team player, energetic, service-oriented and able to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment
    • Able to multi-task, work well under pressure and deliver within tight timeline
    • Identify, analyze and solve issues in straightforward situations
    • Make decisions within guidelines and policies that impact own work
    • Effective verbal and written communication skills
