    leading the effort of creating and maintaining an engaged community of engineers within Rabobank.

    We are looking for a Community Manager to support Area Foundation within Tribe Digital Platform. As the Community Manager, you have great impact on the way our users perceive our services within Rabobank. You will mainly be responsible for organizing digital and physical events. Ultimately, you’ll act as the face and voice of the department and manage all community communications.

    Making a difference

    • Provide engaging text, image and video content for all internal social media
    • Respond to customers in a timely manner
    • Monitor, track and report on feedback and online reviews
    • Organize and manage events to boost community engagement
    • Liaise between Development departments
    • Stay up to date with digital technology trends

    • Proven work experience as a community manager or similar role
    • Experience planning and leading community initiatives
    • Ability to identify and track relevant community KPIs
    • Excellent verbal communication skills
    • Excellent writing skills
    • Excellent interpersonal and presentations skills
    • Hands on experience with social media management
    • Ability to interpret website traffic
    • Knowledge of online marketing
    • Attention to detail, critical-thinker and problem-solver

    • a pension scheme, to which your contribution is only 3,5%.
