    Community Manager

    KOP is looking for an engagement-driven Community Manager: a social, amicable, internet-savvy and quick-witted creative who has his/her finger firmly on the pulse of our ever-evolving audience. Your main goal, priority and responsibility is driving up engagement, by communicating with our audience directly and managing all of our YouTube-related side-hustles, like Shorts, Stories and Community Pages. You will report to the Creative Producer and CEO.

    Responsibilities:

    • Managing every branch of the YouTube landscape that pertains to Engagement
    • Developing a content marketing plan and weekly engagement calendar
    • Coming up with ideas for engaging YouTube Shorts, Stories and polls
    • Communicating with the community directly via (pinned) comments, replies and Discord
    • Providing community feedback to upper management
    • Planning and executing community initiatives and programs
    • Monitoring social media and analyse online trends, memes and market forecasts
    • Finding new marketing and outreach opportunities to push brand image and releases
    • Participating in future social events and (when necessary) in videos
    • Ensuring brand consistency by communicating and coordinating with our Marketing and Production teams

    Qualifications:

    • Noticeable experience in a communications, marketing, PR or community role
    • Experience launching community initiatives (like setting up a forum or launching a newsletter)
    • Ability to develop engaging and on-brand content
    • Exceptional written and communication skills
    • Good interpersonal and customer service skills
    • Friendly, contagious and outgoing personality
    • Proficient in web apps, data processing apps and management tools
    • Good judgment and problem-solving skills
